Part I:  One page maximum.  Please single space and use a 12 pt font.  This section should provide the following information. Please describe each under a separate heading.

1. Research question(s) and or model summary.  Please describe your theory/literature base in this section
2. Planned methods of data collection & analysis
3. Expected contributions to theory and/or to the OM body of knowledge. 

Part II: One page maximum. In this section, you may include a brief references section (recommended) and/or a figure.
